Flipr Wheel of Fortune – Official Rules

Article 1: Organizer

Flipr, headquartered in Toulouse, organizes a free game with no purchase obligation called "Flipr Wheel of Fortune," accessible exclusively on flipr.shop.

Article 2: Eligibility

The game is open to any natural person of legal age residing in mainland France, excluding employees of the organizing company, their families, and anyone involved in the game's development.

Article 3: Participation

To participate, visit flipr.shop and submit your email via the Wheel of Fortune. Participation automatically subscribes the user to Flipr’s newsletter. Once registered, the participant can spin the wheel to try to win a discount coupon. The allocation of coupons is managed by an independent technology provider.

Article 4: Prizes

The following discount coupons are available, with their respective probabilities:

  • 6% off one-time purchase products (Min. purchase €300) – 490 chances
  • 25% off one-time purchase products (Min. purchase €300) – 1 chance
  • 10% off one-time purchase products (Min. purchase €300) – 29 chances
  • 8% off one-time purchase products (Min. purchase €300) – 255 chances
  • 4% off one-time purchase products (Min. purchase €300) – 953 chances
  • 2% off one-time purchase products (Min. purchase €300) – 1,364 chances

Article 5: Prize Distribution

Coupons won will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the participant. Each participant may win only once during the game period. Coupons are valid for 24 hours or more.

Article 6: Personal Data

Data collected during participation is used for newsletter registration and coupon delivery. In accordance with data protection laws, participants have the right to access, modify, or delete their data. They can unsubscribe using the opt-out link in Flipr’s marketing emails. Unsubscribing will automatically remove personal data from the marketing database.

Article 7: Liability

Flipr is not responsible for Internet malfunctions or technical failures affecting access to the game. However, Flipr will strive to ensure optimal accessibility for participants.

Article 8: Acceptance of Terms

Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Additional Conditions:

  • Coupons apply only to one-time purchases on the online store.
  • Minimum purchase requirement: €300.
  • One use per customer.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Flipr reserves the right to modify or terminate the game at any time without prior notice.
  • Any attempt to fraudulently obtain discounts will result in disqualification.
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Participation in the game is subject to compliance with these rules.
