Shipping Policy for Flipr
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential Delays
Please note that there might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that costs, delivery times, and other details are subject to change and are calculated by third-party algorithms. Only the data available at the time of payment is valid.
International Shipping
If the products selected in your cart can be delivered to your country, a shipping offer and its cost will be provided during checkout.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us on our portal [help.goflipr.com](https://help.goflipr.com) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, we will communicate it to you during the checkout process.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us on our portal [help.goflipr.com](https://help.goflipr.com) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Expedition, Transport, and Delivery Conditions
Once the package leaves our logistics center, the terms and conditions of the selected carrier become the only ones applicable to the delivery. Flipr disclaims any responsibility for delays, conditions, or any damages related to the transport once the package has left our center.
Flipr is committed to providing the customer with all necessary information regarding the carrier, including delivery tracking information. The preparation of packages is completed at 12:00 CEST on each business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may result in an additional day in delivery time. Flipr cannot be held responsible for preparation delays or additional transport delays caused by these schedules. Estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering.
It is the customer's responsibility to read the T&Cs of the chosen carrier. We strongly recommend that the customer carefully consult these to understand the terms and conditions governing the delivery of their package. Flipr cannot be held responsible for any failure by the customer to comply with these conditions.
The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any reservations or observations of anomalies (damaged package, missing or deteriorated product, etc.) must be clearly stated on the delivery note at the time of delivery. According to European legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to notify Flipr of any anomalies or non-conformities to allow for the implementation of applicable legal guarantees.
In the event of a delivery problem, the customer must contact the carrier first to resolve any disputes. Flipr is available to assist the customer in their efforts. If resolution with the carrier fails, the customer may contact Flipr for additional support. Flipr cannot be held responsible for losses, theft, or damages to products after they have been taken over by the carrier. The delivery times communicated are indicative and not guaranteed; any delay, whether related to preparation or transport, cannot give rise to compensation or cancellation of the order, except as otherwise provided by applicable legislation.
The customer can track the status of their delivery using the tracking number provided by the carrier. Flipr advises monitoring the tracking closely to avoid any issues during delivery. All relevant tracking information is provided to the customer as part of their order.
General Sales Conditions
In accordance with French law, once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Flipr’s general sales conditions cease to apply. From that point forward, the terms and conditions of the respective carrier apply.
The applicable law for this shipping policy and any disputes arising from it is French law. Any claims or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In accordance with Articles L.121-20-3 and L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
While English may be accepted, the language of communication is French.
