At Flipr, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Why do we have your data?

Your personal data may be present in our systems for one or more of the following reasons:

• You subscribed to our newsletter or marketing communications.
• You made a purchase on our online store and agreed to receive marketing messages.

This data may be stored in our online store platform and in our marketing automation tools.

How to unsubscribe

You have two options to unsubscribe from our communications:

1. One-click unsubscribe from our marketing emails

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can click this link at any time to stop receiving future marketing messages.

However, please note: due to technical integrations with other systems (e.g. our store, customer backend, etc.), your subscription status may sometimes be re-synchronized as "subscribed" if, for example, you place a new order and accept marketing again. This method only updates your preference in the marketing tool.

2. Complete and permanent opt-out via email

To ensure full removal from both our online store and marketing systems, you can send a blank email (no subject or message needed) to the address below:

Once your request is received, our automated system will unsubscribe you from all platforms and notify our marketing tools that you no longer wish to receive any emails.
