Refund Policy

This policy applies only to orders concluded on the new shop from June 1, 2026 onward.

Orders concluded before that date on the former Flipr / CTAC Tech ecosystem do not fall under this shop and remain under the responsibility of CTAC Tech, currently in liquidation.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from receipt of your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The return address, operational details, possible exclusions and final refund timelines will be confirmed before the commercial opening on June 1, 2026.
