Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern only sales concluded on the new Flipr by Yotilus shop from June 1, 2026 onward.

The seller referred to in these Terms is Yotilus, an entity whose incorporation is still in progress as of the latest update of this page, with a correspondence address at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. Final registration, company number and VAT details will be completed before commercial opening.

1. Scope

These Terms do not apply to orders concluded before June 1, 2026 on the former Flipr / CTAC Tech ecosystem. Those earlier orders, together with all related rights and obligations, remain attached to CTAC Tech, currently under liquidation proceedings.

2. Products and availability

The essential characteristics of the products and services offered on the shop are those displayed on the relevant product pages at the time of ordering. Offers are subject to availability.

3. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website when the order is validated. They are shown inclusive of taxes where required by law, subject to the final legal details to be completed before commercial opening.

4. Orders

An order is formed when the customer validates the cart and confirms the payment obligation. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods will be indicated on the site at checkout. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment incident, suspected fraud or manifest anomaly.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping fees applicable to the order will be displayed before confirmation. They may vary depending on destination, carrier and product availability.

7. Withdrawal right

Consumer customers benefit from a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, except where legal exceptions apply. Practical return instructions will be provided by customer support.

8. Statutory warranties

Statutory warranties applicable to sales concluded by the new shop will apply in accordance with applicable law. They apply only to orders concluded from June 1, 2026 onward on this shop.

9. Customer service

10. Consumer mediation

Yotilus consumer mediator is currently being designated. Their contact details will be published before June 1, 2026. Before any referral, the customer must first submit a written complaint to customer support.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
