This website is the new Flipr by Yotilus shop, scheduled to become commercially active on June 1, 2026.

By browsing this website, the user accepts these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree with them, they must stop using the website.

The website presents Flipr products and services, supports the launch of the new shop and, from June 1, 2026 onward, allows new orders falling under Yotilus to be concluded.

2. Former ecosystem

This website does not imply any automatic transfer of orders, accounts, contractual obligations or disputes linked to the former CTAC Tech ecosystem for orders concluded before June 1, 2026.

3. Availability

The website may be modified, suspended or interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance, updates or service evolution.

4. Intellectual property

Content, trademarks, visuals, texts and graphic elements of the website are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

5. Liability

Information displayed on the website may change. Users remain responsible for their own use of the website and their equipment. The website may not be used to transfer to Yotilus obligations arising from orders preceding its commercial opening.
