flipr analysR 3 Plus incorporates high-precision analysis systems, including a gold-based Redox probe. This component allows for a reliable measurement of the disinfection level of the pool, even in saltwater pools.

The probes require annual maintenance and need to be replaced after a certain period of use. You can perform this operation yourself.

Autonomy: you have control.

Our components have been redesigned for lower energy consumption. The battery life of your flipr analysR 3 Plus depends on the frequency of measurements that you have set on the flipr app (four modes available). If the battery runs out, you can easily replace it on your own, or you can ask our team to do it for you.

You call it bluff? Seriously, we are so confident - and committed - about our batteries that if it goes out of charge in the first year of operations, we will send you a new one for free*.

* The free shipment of the battery is subject to two conditions:
1. The analyser should not have been exposed to water temperatures of 7C or below.
2. The 'Boost' mode should not have been used for more than 100 minutes, or 50 measurements, in total.

  • 'Sleep' mode

    Ideal when your pool is not in use during the winter or when you are away for some time. flipr analysR 3 Plus completely stops taking measurements, thus preserving battery life.

  • 'Eco' mode

    Recommended when your pool is less used during active winterizing. flipr analysR 3 Plus takes only 2 measurements per day, saving battery life while providing essential information for you to keep an eye on your water quality.

  • 'Normal' mode

    Designed for a standard operating pool requiring clear and safe water. flipr analysR 3 Plus takes 20 measurements per day, offering a perfect balance between monitoring and energy saving.

  • 'Boost' mode

    Perfect for specific situations demanding very frequent data, such as occasional tests or troubleshooting. flipr analysR 3 Plus takes a measurement every 2 minutes, which consumes a lot of energy and should be used sparingly.

Special Mentions

flipr analysR 3 Plus is designed to operate optimally in water with temperatures ranging from 7°C to 39°C. Outside of this temperature range, measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and any discrepancies recorded on our servers will void the product warranty. Additionally, the Gateway (flipr connect) is strictly for indoor use and is not tropicalized. Any exposure to humidity or the presence of oxidation will void the warranty. To ensure optimal performance and durability, it is crucial to adhere to these usage conditions.

Flipr is compatible with pools treated with chlorine, bromine, and salt. With its advanced sensors, Flipr measures pH, disinfectant levels (via Redox measurement), and water temperature in real-time. In the case of saltwater pools, the disinfectant level is measured by Redox, which corresponds to the active chlorine generated by the electrolysis of salt. However, Flipr does not directly measure the salt level, TAC (alkalinity), TH (hardness), or stabilizer level. TAC, TH, and stabilizer levels are accounted for using test strips, and the results can be integrated into the Flipr app for comprehensive monitoring. Regarding air temperature and weather forecasts, Flipr relies on APIs from weather data providers to deliver accurate and up-to-date information.
