We will delay the start of the warranty until 1 April 2025*.
So if you keep your new analyser in its box during this whole winter,
you will keep every minute of your warranty.

Our commitment to the battery.

We are so confident about the quality of our batteries that we guarantee
their charge during this whole winter + 12 months starting 1 April 2025**.
Consequently, if your battery runs out of charge by 1 April 2026,
we are committed to sending you a new battery free of charge.

WARNINGS
* Warranty
The 5-year warranty will start on 1 April 2025 if you keep your new analyzer in its packaging during this winter; otherwise it will start at the time of setup if the new analyzer starts being operated prior to 1 April 2025.
** Battery
The free shipment of the new battery is strictly subject to the two following conditions:
1. The analyser should not have been exposed to water temperatures of 7C or below.
2. The 'Boost' mode should not have been used for more than 100 minutes, or 50 measurements, in total.
