To comply with legal requirements, your Waves and Level Waves are pre-provisioned to your account but will only be validated once the legal withdrawal period has passed.

Terms & Conditions for the Flipr Loyalty Program

Who can participate?

All customers are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program as soon as they make a purchase. There’s no extra step required—start earning Waves and Level Waves right away!

Eligibility of Purchases

All purchases are eligible, and Waves are awarded based on the actual amount spent. Points are credited only once the order is fully validated, meaning no retraction or refund has occurred.

Loyalty Levels

Your loyalty status is determined by the total number of Level Waves you accumulate. As you earn more Level Waves, you progress through the following tiers:

• Blue: 0 to 199 Level Waves

• Silver: 200 to 499 Level Waves

• Gold: 500 to 999 Level Waves

• Platinum: 1000 to 1999 Level Waves

• Diamond: 2000 to 2999 Level Waves

• Elite: 3000+ Level Waves

Waves Earned per Euro

The number of Waves earned per euro spent increases as your loyalty level rises. Here’s the breakdown by level:

• Blue: 1 Wave per €1

• Silver: 1.2Waves per €1

• Gold: 1.5 Waves per €1

• Platinum: 2 Waves per €1

• Diamond: 2.5 Waves per €1

• Elite: 3 Waves per €1

The higher your level, the more Waves you earn for every euro spent. It pays to stay loyal!

Order Cancellations or Refunds

If an order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding Waves and Level Waves earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Only Waves earned from completed and validated orders are eligible to remain in your balance.

Expiration

• Waves: Valid for 6 months from the order date.

• Level Waves: Valid for 12 months from the order date.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are generated upon request by the customer, in increments of 500 Waves. The Waves required for the gift card are deducted from your balance at the time of redemption. It’s simple: request your card and start enjoying your rewards immediately!

Gift Card Expiration

Gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Be sure to use them before they expire to make the most of your rewards!

Ownership of Waves, Level Waves, and Gift Cards

Waves and Level Waves remain the exclusive property of Flipr until they are redeemed. Similarly, gift cards remain the property of Flipr until they are used for a purchase. By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to these terms of ownership.

Refunds for Purchases Made with Gift Cards

Flipr only refunds the portion of the purchase that was paid directly by the customer. For orders canceled that were paid using gift cards, the gift cards used are voided without compensation.

Abuse Prevention

Flipr reserves the right to cancel any transactions, Waves, Level Waves, or gift cards in cases of abuse. The program is designed to reward loyal customers fairly, and any misuse may result in account suspension or forfeiture of rewards.

Respect and Loyalty Policy

Flipr is committed to fostering a respectful environment for all customers and employees. As part of the loyalty program:

• Flipr reserves the right to cancel any transactions, Waves, Level Waves, or gift cards in cases of disparagement of the Flipr company or its products.

• Support agents are authorized to void part or all of the Waves, Level Waves, and gift cards in the event of interactions deemed inappropriate, insulting, or disrespectful.

• Direct threats or attempts to manipulate the program with poor reviews or feedback will result in exclusion from the loyalty program and the cancellation of all past and future transactions, Waves, and rewards.


Participation in the loyalty program requires adherence to these guidelines to maintain a fair and respectful experience for everyone.

Termination or Modification

Flipr reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms of the loyalty program at any time. Changes may include adjustments to the earning structure, redemption process, or program eligibility. Any updates will be communicated in advance to ensure transparency and fairness.

Liability

Flipr disclaims all liability related to the loyalty program, including but not limited to delays, errors in the allocation or redemption of Waves, Level Waves, or gift cards, or any technical issues that may arise. Participation in the program is at the sole discretion of Flipr, and rewards are subject to availability. Flipr shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the program.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding the loyalty program, Flipr’s decision will be final and binding. By participating in the program, you agree to abide by Flipr’s resolution of any issues.
