We will delay the start of the warranty until 1 April 2025*.
So if you keep your new analyser in its box during this whole winter,
you will keep every minute of your warranty.

Our commitment to the battery.

We are so confident about the quality of our batteries that we guarantee
their charge during this whole winter + 12 months starting 1 April 2025**.
Consequently, if your battery runs out of charge by 1 April 2026,
we are committed to sending you a new battery free of charge.

WARNINGS
* Warranty
The warranty will only start on 1 April 2025 if you start using the analyser after this date; otherwise, the warranty will start on the date the analyser is put into service.
** Battery
We guarantee the battery charge until 1 April 2026. If it runs out of charge by then, we will send you a new battery for free, subject to the strict application of the two following conditions: the analyser must not have been exposed to water temperatures of 7C or less; and the 'boost' mode must not have been used for more than 100 minutes, or 50 measurements, in total.
