Technical Features

Battery or probe defect: Self-installation delivery, valid once per component every three years. Repeated issues result in a standard exchange.

Device failure (excluding battery/probe): Standard exchange provided.

Normal wear replacement: Free part delivery, valid once per component every three years.

Priority handling during returns and support.

Replacement device provided if immobilization exceeds 30 days.

Eligibility Conditions

Own a Flipr AnalysR, Flipr Start, or Flipr Start Max, bought on our site or from an official reseller.

Activate warranty within 6 months of purchase (invoice required).

Subscription must be maintained to keep the warranty active.

Reside in mainland France. Extra transport fees apply for residents outside this area.
