Conditions of 'trade-in'

The 'trade-in' offer is reserved exclusively for users of previous generations of Flipr analysers. Once you have paid, we will ship your order and you undertake to email us (echange@flipr.fr) the serial number of your old Flipr analyser, or the corresponding invoice, within 15 days of receiving your new Flipr AnalysR 3 Plus, so that we can deactivate your old Flipr analyser. We encourage you to follow the recommendations for responsible recycling of electronic devices.

If you fail to identify your old Flipr analyser, your new Flipr AnalysR 3 Plus will be downgraded to a version subject to a subscription.

WARNINGS

  • Battery
    We guarantee battery charge until April 1, 2026. If the battery runs out of charge before this date, we will send you a new battery free of charge, subject to strict adherence to the following two conditions: the analyser must not have been exposed to water temperatures of 7°C or less, and the 'boost' mode must not have been used for more than 100 minutes or 50 measurements in total.

Trade-in Program
There is no need to return your old Flipr analyser. Simply email us (echange@flipr.fr) the serial number or the corresponding invoice within 15 days of receiving your new Flipr AnalysR 3 Plus, so we can deactivate your old analyser. We encourage you to follow recommendations for responsible recycling of electronic devices. If you fail to identify your old Flipr analyser, your new Flipr AnalysR 3 Plus will be downgraded to a subscription-based version.
