WARNINGS
* Warranty
The warranty will only start on 1 April 2025 if you start using the analyser after this date; otherwise, the warranty will start on the date the analyser is put into service.
** Battery
We guarantee the battery charge until 1 April 2026. If it runs out of charge by then, we will send you a new battery for free, subject to the strict application of the two following conditions: the analyser must not have been exposed to water temperatures of 7C or less; and the 'boost' mode must not have been used for more than 100 minutes, or 50 measurements, in total.
*** Trade-in
You no longer need to return your old flipr analyser to us. You just need to email us (echange@flipr.fr) its serial number, or the corresponding invoice, within 15 days of receiving your new flipr analysR 3 Plus, so that we can deactivate your old flipr analyser. We encourage you to follow the recommendations for responsible recycling of electronic devices. If you fail to identify your old flipr analyser, your new flipr analysR 3 Plus will be downgraded to a version subject to a subscription.
